Raul Negrete Cetina played a pivotal role as the Director of the Municipal Cadastre Office in Playa del Carmen. As the CEO of Tankah Enterprise and IMAV, a prominent appraisal firm, his expertise and passion have left an indelible mark on the city's skyline.
Over his illustrious career, Ing. Raul Negrete Cetina has overseen the creation of numerous condominium regimes, including iconic developments such as Magia, Marina Mía, Bay Blue, and Quinta del Sol. These projects stand as testaments to his innovative vision and meticulous attention to detail.
In addition to his role in conceptualizing and executing new developments, Ing. Raul Negrete Cetina has played a pivotal role in the construction of notable buildings like Plaza Almendros, Casa Tigrillos, and Building Jean.
